The Studio Concierge Program helps facilitate the approval process for studio and soundstage projects in the City of Los Angeles.
The goal of the Studio Concierge Program is to make the permitting and inspection process more efficient. The Program guides applicants through the approval process, provides assistance to business owners and their design and construction teams, and enhances coordination in permitting, construction and inspection.
The Program is operated by our Case Management Network, which includes City Planning, Department of Water and Power, and the Department of Building and Safety. Upon receiving a request for assistance, a Case Manager (CM) is assigned to the project to review. The CM evaluates the specific needs of every customer, providing assistance throughout the permitting and inspection process.
